Workday HRIS Lead

Location: Onsite, 5 days a week in Dallas, TX

Planet Technology is seeking a Workday HRIS Lead for a direct hire onsite opportunity in the vibrant city of Dallas, TX!

Job Description:

• Oversee the migration from ADP Workforce Now to Workday, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Craft and implement a detailed project roadmap for Workday rollout success.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between internal teams and external consultants for deployment.
• Address and resolve challenges during the implementation swiftly.
• Deliver training to HRIS staff and users on Workday features.
• Manage a team of HRIS professionals, offering guidance and support.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and security and establish best practices.
• Produce and interpret HRIS reports to aid organizational decisions.
• Partner with HR leadership to align HRIS initiatives with company objectives and communicate updates.
• Lead initiatives for process enhancements and system improvements in HRIS.
• Keep up-to-date with Workday updates and industry trends to drive ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in managing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Workday HCM, Workday HRIS, Workday Integration, and UKG/Kronos
• Workday Payroll
• Understanding and knowledge of benefits
• Time Tracking
• Manufacturing experience is highly desirable
