Your role involves assisting with inquiries, addressing requests, and ensuring seamless communication between our agents and the company. Provide consistent commission and enrollment reporting to agents each month.
Coordinate monthly webinars for agents each month.
Monitor agent inbox, respond within 24 hours.
Generate quotes for team members or agents as requested.
Participate in agent training for team members or agents as requested.
Ensure all new agents are onboard correctly.
Open tickets for technology need for team members or agents as requested.
Facilitate agent enrollments to applicable depts as needed.
Audit agent contracts, term out none producing.
Provide agent training on products and services Planstin administers where applicable.
Qualifications
Life & Health Insurance License is required.
Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role.
Experience working with Medical Benefits or an understanding of them.
Experience working with Insurance Agents is preferred.
Demonstrate technique in organizing your work and managing time sensitive tasks.
Ability to manage time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
