Your role involves assisting with inquiries, addressing requests, and ensuring seamless communication between our agents and the company. Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent commission and enrollment reporting to agents each month.
- Coordinate monthly webinars for agents each month.
- Monitor agent inbox, respond within 24 hours.
- Generate quotes for team members or agents as requested.
- Participate in agent training for team members or agents as requested.
- Ensure all new agents are onboard correctly.
- Open tickets for technology need for team members or agents as requested.
- Facilitate agent enrollments to applicable depts as needed.
- Audit agent contracts, term out none producing.
- Provide agent training on products and services Planstin administers where applicable.
- Life & Health Insurance License is required.
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role.
- Experience working with Medical Benefits or an understanding of them.
- Experience working with Insurance Agents is preferred.
- Demonstrate technique in organizing your work and managing time sensitive tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
- Salary: $50,000 Commission
