Job Title: Logistics Supply-Chain Specialist/Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Supply-Chain Specialist/Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial as we scale our operations, optimize our supply chain, and expand our fulfillment capabilities to better serve our global customer base.

Role Overview:

The Logistics Supply-Chain Specialist/Coordinator will oversee and manage all aspects of our logistics operations, including inventory management, supplier relations, and fulfillment planning. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of driving efficiency and cost savings across our supply chain while supporting our fulfillment and sales teams. This role is critical in helping us scale our fulfillment operations, implement warehousing and 3PL systems, and ensure the seamless flow of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfillment and Warehousing: Lead the scaling of our fulfillment operations by implementing warehousing and 3PL systems to support increased sales volume and improve overall efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Work with multiple partners and stakeholders to refine and perfect the supply chain, focusing on cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and quality management.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize SKU Labs or similar systems to manage inventory levels, plan ahead on ordering, and ensure that we never run out of product, particularly as we scale.
  • Supplier Relations and Sourcing: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, source new products to meet growing demand, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Import/Export Operations: Handle all aspects of import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing processes for smooth, cost-effective transit.
  • Hyperlocalization Planning: Contribute to our long-term goal of hyperlocalizing production, both domestically and overseas, to better meet regional demands and reduce logistics costs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
  • Experience with warehousing and 3PL systems, as well as inventory management tools like SKU Labs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and scaling operations.
  • Nimble, quick to learn, and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
