Role Description

The Creative Strategist will be responsible for strategizing and creating content pieces across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. The Creative Strategist will also be responsible for researching and developing content ideas, generating creative visual assets such as graphics or videos and publishing content in an engaging and timely manner.

• Develop and execute content strategies, aligning with brand values and e-commerce objectives across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram with an emphasis on TikTok
• Film and edit compelling videos that resonate with our target audience.
• Analyze and refine content performance
• Spearhead creative campaigns across platforms, ensuring brand coherence.
• Collaborate with internal teams for concept innovation and development
• Stay abreast of social media trends, with a focus on TikTok and digital advertising.
• Craft direct response TikTok content that motivates consumer engagement.
• Nurture and lead the creative team towards a culture of creativity and innovation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in digital marketing, with specific expertise in TikTok content creation and strategy.
• Solid grasp of leveraging TikTok for brand growth and audience engagement.
• Ability to blend creativity with direct response marketing techniques in video content.
• Outstanding verbal and written skills.
• Familiarity with health and wellness trends and consumer preferences.
• Proficiency in video editing tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media analytics.
• A creative mindset and adaptable approach to content strategy.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and sustainable practices.
