Quality Assurance Manager

Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager (This is NOT a technician or inspector level position) to join our team. The Quality Assurance Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. This position is essential in maintaining high standards of quality assurance within our organization.

Duties:
- Implement and manage quality assurance processes to meet industry standards and regulations
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures to uphold product integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and enhance quality systems
- Oversee project management related to quality assurance initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant quality standards

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, QA/QC, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices within the Plastic Injection Molding industry .
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with quality assurance tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders

Pay: Up to $87,979.00 per year
