Sales Representative - Industrial Hardware (Base Commission)

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Sales Representative who will be responsible for both inside and outside sales of industrial hardware to business-to-business (B2B) clients. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining client relationships, generating new leads, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, including quoting products, sourcing new items, and ensuring the successful completion of purchase orders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inside and outside sales activities to promote industrial hardware products to B2B clients.
• Identify and target new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver product quotes to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Source new products to meet the needs and demands of clients.
• Follow through with all purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial hardware industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Persistent and driven to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Self-starter with the initiative to take on new challenges and opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or Related Experience
• Previous experience in inside and outside sales roles.
• Familiarity with industrial hardware products and applications.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
