- Adhere to all procedures within Safety, Corporate/Site Quality System, Operation Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Coordinate the loading of and ensures proper documentation for all outbound and inbound shipments and shuttles
- Housekeeping of the office and warehouse areas
- Operate forklift to load and unload trailers
- Use RF scanning device to scan goods and properly maintain inventory
- Provides instruction to shuttle driver and manages pool of trailers
- Monitors availability of product for shipments. Works with manufacturing warehouse to coordinate loads to outside warehouses
- Responsible for reporting food safety issues to personnel with authority to initiate action
- Performs all other duties as assigned

- Able to work overtime, as needed
- Minimum of one year of forklift experience is required.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly.
- Regularly stand or sit for long periods of time, up to 12 hours at a time.
- Bend, lift and walk around facility as needed.
