We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team managing our newest region in the DFW area, focusing on engaging with rural landowners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for land, strong sales skills and a deep understanding rural property dynamics.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and engage with rural landowners in the DFW region.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, including land owners, ranchers, industry partners and investors.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer service.
· Stay informed about market trends, property values and regulatory changes affecting rural land in the region.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, Wildlife Management or related field
· Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in real estate or land management preferred.
· Knowledge of rural land dynamics, including ranching, hunting and conservation practices.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation.
· Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
