Job Title: Supervisor/Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction of Metal Premanufactured Buildings, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Supervisor/Supervisor will lead a team of workers, communicate with owner and Prime contractor, and ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Read plans and disburse the work assignments
- Read and interpret and to guide construction activities
- Manage compliance and ensure work meets quality standards
- Maintain consistant supervision for site and be able to move the project

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed on the
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and allocate resources accordingly
- Train and mentor team members on proper construction techniques
- Use tools such as an to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management

Be able to operate boom-lifts and telehandlers

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Supervisor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Familiarity with construction management software like , , and
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
