- Coordinate healthcare management activities to optimize patient care delivery
- Manage utilization management processes to maximize resource utilization and efficiency
- Provide medical administrative support to physicians and clinical staff
- Supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure effective medical management practices
- Conduct fiscal management activities to monitor expenses and revenue streams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in office management within a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in utilizing cerner or similar medical software systems
