Position: Shipping/Receiving Associate

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN 55443

Shift: 1st, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:45pm (subject to workload)

Wage: $21.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE) Requirements: Background check and drug test

Role Overview: The Shipping/Receiving Associate is responsible for all shipping and receiving duties, supporting customers and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting, with the potential to advance to a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:

● Utilize IQMS software for shipping, receiving, and inventory cycle counts

● Store finished products and maintain an orderly warehouse

● Operate forklifts for goods distribution

● Process shipments via daily pick-ticket system

● Receive incoming goods promptly

● Collaborate with other departments as needed

● Perform cycle counts and ensure task follow-up and accountability

Required Skills and Experience:

● 3 years in warehouse/manufacturing shipping/receiving

● Familiarity with IQMS or similar systems

● Forklift certification preferred

● Basic knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and LTL trucking shipments

● Proficient with computers, scanners, and printers

● Strong problem-solving and time management skills

● Ability to lift 60 pounds and stand/walk for long periods

● High communication skills, self-motivated, positive work ethic, and ability to work with minimal supervision

● Occasionally required to work weekends
