Retail Sales Associates & Retail Sales Cashier & Retail Key Holders- full & part time
Platos Closet has immediate part time openings for trendy fashion retail sales floor team and well as retail cashers, retail key holder/closers, retail buyers and shift leaders. Must be able to work weekends as well as weekdays.
Retail Sales Associate
SHIFTS MOST NEEDED - Nights & Weekends
-Buying & selling clothing, accessories & shoes
-inventory tagging, stocking & organization
-Provide friendly customer service creating a positive store atmosphere
-Fashion conscious & energetic
-Cashier & fitting rooms
-Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
-MUST be at least 16
-Weekend availability
-Flexible hours & days
-Variety in task & responsibilities

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide assistance promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend items that meet customers' needs and preferences.
- Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Process payments, returns, and exchanges following company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and special offers to inform customers effectively.
