Job description:
junior candidates as Industrial/ Manufacture Engineer. They will follow our Sr Lead members
- Collect data at the bottlenecks, compile data, complete analysis. Execute projects to mitigate or resolve bottlenecks and drive projects to completion.
1.Must have experience in Aerospace components & Good understanding of Aero space Product development, Manufacturing Process.
2.Proficient in problem solving & trouble shooting, root causes analysis and solution through lean tools, PDCA,5S, QC tools, VSM & Tool Cost reduction.
3.Prpearing the Station wise Standard work instruction & WBS creation
4.Ensuring process improvements, compliance and participate in technical discussions to review technical documents.
5.Proficient in IE activities like time study, Line balancing, Layout design, manpower planning etc
6.Able to train the operator based on work instruction creation
Qualification- BE Engineering (Mechanical /Aerospace)
