We are looking for a full-time Playboy Creator Partnerships Specialist to join our Audience Development team! As a Creator Partnerships Specialist, you will be dedicated to building strong relationships with creators who join our platform - including the world’s top models, athletes, musicians, and influencers. This role plays a crucial part in creator success through account management and strong agency partnerships. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about Playboy, an independent self-starter, and curious about the creator economy. You should be familiar with creator-based platforms and should have a passion for building audiences and communities online and in real life.

This position is L.A.-based and requires four days in-office (Monday-Thursday).

What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities and essential functions for this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their unique needs and goals.

• Act as a primary point of contact for creators, offering ongoing support and guidance.

• Assist new creators in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

• Provide comprehensive training and resources to help creators maximize their potential on our platform.

• Work closely with talent agencies to enhance their creator success on our platforms.

• Coordinate with internal teams to align on strategic initiatives and creator needs.

• Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities and implement revenue growth strategies for creators and agencies.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Twitch, Snap, Reddit, Lemon8, etc) and social media best practices to improve the product, drive engagement, and attract new creators for the Playboy Creator platform.

• Share Creator feedback with the product team and team leaders, helping to implement new ideas to enhance the platform and user/creator experience.

What You’ll Bring - Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in creator partnerships, talent management, and related roles.

• Deep understanding of, or passion for, digital platforms and building the careers of Creators on them.

• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills and reporting abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Outstanding organization and time management skills.

• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality with the ability to act as a social chameleon, being highly approachable and relatable to different people in various settings.

• Intellectual curiosity and desire to continuously learn more about the Playboy Creator platform and the creator economy.

• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership and a high sense of responsibility, initiative, and resourcefulness.

• Ability to work evenings & weekends to maintain continuity in conversations with Creators.

• Experience with managing sales accounts or driving sales is a plus.

• A team player - you enjoy learning from others and like helping your team grow and contributing to our overall success.

• Demonstrated track record of leadership, initiative, and creative problem-solving.

• Self-starter who can drive key initiatives with minimal direction and can wear multiple hats when required.

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must be able to work in the office.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to work flexible hours based on business needs.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $68-80K annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
