PLAYSTUDIOS US, LLC is Hiring a Global Compensation and HRIS Director Near Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking a Global Compensation and HRIS Director who will drive projects and provide analysis to attract and retain the best talent in the mobile gaming industry across 7 countries around the world and growing. You'll handle the development, implementation, communication, and administration of innovative compensation programs including job architecture, short and long-term incentives, reward and recognition programs, benchmarking and survey analysis, emerging trends, new technologies and compensation training.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive the design, development and execution of global compensation strategies and programs.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align compensation programs with business goals, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while promoting internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Develop and assess compensation structures, salary ranges, job architecture (families/position levels), and conduct job evaluations and market pricing.
  • Conduct ongoing research for improving effectiveness of compensation plans as it relates to market competitiveness to attract and motivate employees.
  • Provide strategic oversight for the HRIS function, ensuring seamless integration of compensation processes, data accuracy, and efficient reporting capabilities to support the organization's HR and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a small HRIS team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to enhance system functionalities, improve user experience, and ensure data integrity across all HR and compensation processes.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, regional leaders, and key business stakeholders to provide recommendations on day to day needs such as new hire offers, promotions, and job leveling.
  • Lead strategic compensation projects such as annual compensation planning cycles, bonus processes, retention programs, M&A, etc.
  • Develop and/or participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
Requirements
  • 10 years broad-based Global compensation experience in high tech; CCP preferred.
  • 10 years implementing HR processes via various HRIS tools and systems
  • 5 years of direct people management experience
  • Ability to work in the Las Vegas studio 2-3 days a week
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience managing compensation programs that have several components including base, bonus, and equity.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business & organizational objectives into effective compensation strategies.
  • Expertise in compensation market practices, rules/regulations, and compliance
  • Great team player with a collaborative mindset and comfortable working with all levels of business partners
  • Ability to navigate remote management/team collaboration and familiarity with virtual communication tools
  • Ability to analyze data, create, and share meaningful insights
  • Self-starter with great organization skills and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize your workload and balance concurrent projects
Preferred
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce, Radford, and PayScale or similar systems/tools
  • Experience leading a remote team
