• Design innovative and engaging motion graphics for the Playtron Operating System, enhancing user experience across multiple platforms.
• Develop storyboards and prototypes to communicate motion design concepts effectively.
• Utilize advanced 3D programs and video special effects tools to create high-quality visual content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate motion designs seamlessly into projects.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in motion design and apply them creatively to projects.
• Consider the psychological impact of motion on user experience, employing strategies to use motion to improve engagement and behavior.
• Create motion graphics that are inclusive and accessible to all users, adhering to best practices in accessible design.
• Participate in user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure the highest usability standards.
• Incorporate and evolve Playtron’s brand identity through consistent and innovative motion design across all user touchpoints.

## Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in motion graphics design, with a comprehensive understanding of UI motion, micro-interactions, and storytelling through motion prototyping.
• Expertise in 3D and animation programs (e.g., C4D, Blender, Spline 3D), video special effects and editing tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Familiarity with design systems and prototyping with Figma Variables.
• Experience with interactive design and cross-platform design principles.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms like Webflow.
• Skilled in rapid prototyping, user testing, and iterative design processes.
• Knowledge of accessible design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with UX/UI designers, developers, and other team members to ensure motion designs are well-integrated into projects.
• A portfolio that showcases a wide range of motion design work, including examples of interactive and cross-platform designs.
• Passion for gaming and enthusiasm for contributing to developing innovative gaming platforms.
• Background in front-end development (HTML, Javascript, CSS)
• Experience in tools like Flutter and Dart is a plus.
