Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operating heavy equipment and vehicles. This position requires expertise in equipment repair, fabrication, and service technician duties.

Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment
- Conduct diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues
- Align and fabricate parts as needed for repairs
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and diggers
- Service air brake systems on vehicles

Skills:

- Proficiency in maintaining diesel engines and heavy equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the role
- Experience in aligning and fabricating parts for repairs
- Knowledge of equipment repair techniques
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and diggers
- Previous experience as a service technician with expertise in air brake systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
