Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front End Manager to oversee the daily operations of the front end of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer transactions, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise front end operations, including cashiering, returns, and customer service
- Train and mentor front end staff to provide exceptional service
- Ensure accurate pricing and promotions are displayed
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in budgeting and basic accounting principles
- Experience with wireless sales is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Knowledge of negotiating prices and resolving customer complaints efficiently
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
