As an Interventionist, you will work closely with individuals requiring additional support to achieve their educational goals. **Duties:** - Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies to support individuals in achieving academic success -Collaborate with Director of Student Services to create an effective and targeted student support schedule- Collaborate with educators and parents to create effective intervention plans - Utilize creative teaching methods to engage learners - Monitor and assess student progress regularly -Participate in periodic data meetings with teachers and administrators - Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement - Maintain accurate records of interventions and outcomes -Create and maintain students' accommodations and scaffold supports **Skills:** - Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning - Strong classroom management skills - Experience differentiating instruction for students with a variety of learning needs - Ability to implement behavior management techniques effectively - Strong math skills from elementary to middle school level - Familiarity with standardized testing procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
