Currently, we are in search of a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician who can float between our two communities Alexander Pointe (Maineville, OH) and Monroe Terrace (Monroe, OH)Responsibilities And DutiesThe Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:
Currently, we are in search of a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician who can float between our two communities Alexander Pointe (Maineville, OH) and Monroe Terrace (Monroe, OH)Responsibilities And DutiesThe Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:
- Perform any and all property maintenance needs
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Completes work orders
- Basic Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical Systems
- Mechanical Systems
- Small Appliance Repair
- Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
- HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
- Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
- Medical

- Able to respond to afterhours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
