Responsibilities And DutiesThe Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:
- Perform any and all property maintenance needs
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Completes work orders
- Basic Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical Systems
- Mechanical Systems
- Small Appliance Repair
- Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
- HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
- Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
- Medical
- Dental
