Director Financial Planning and Analysis
As part of PLM’s finance and accounting team, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (“FPNA Manager”) will provide accurate and data driven information about the company’s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity to management and the company’s stakeholders. The FPNA Manager must possess strong technical skills, including the ability to extract and manipulate both financial and operational data from ERP systems or databases to prepare routine reports and presentations; conduct data mining and in-depth analyses to help the organization make well-informed decisions to affect the company’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Consolidate, prepare, and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement, forecasts, etc.) considering company’s goals and financial position.
- Support CFO in treasury management and funding of the business
- Manage the Companies strategic planning processes and models
- Manage the preparation of monthly results for the Company’s different business units and product lines, and conduct variance analysis.
- Manage the annual planning and budgeting process throughout the organization.
- Manage both short-term and long-term forecasting.
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
- Support cross functional projects or initiatives with meaningful analytics. Provide creative alternatives and/or recommendations to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve overall financial performance.
- Conduct business studies, analyze historic performance, identify trends, advise company, and recommend actions to the executive team based on sound analysis.
- Assess the effectiveness of the existing tools, models and reports and drive continuous automation and improvement of processes.
- Support financial analysis support to Senior Leadership and the Company Shareholders

- Bachelor's degree – Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics, Mathematics, or related area of study. (MBA a plus.)
- 7 years related work experience including analysis, reporting, and financial modeling, proven knowledge of financial forecasting and corporate finance.
- Advanced Excel skills a must and high proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau required
- Experience with SQL and databases (SSMS) preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software quickly.
- Strong analytical and strategic/critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communications/presentation skills.
- Leasing or fleet management industry experience a plus.
