What Will I Do?

• Ability to service and install equipment in residential and commercial applications
• Have a working knowledge of many water softener and RO brands
• Clearly explain equipment operation and maintenance with customers
• Maintain necessary parts inventory in service van
• Assist in maintaining back-room parts inventory and service area
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required
• Provide superior customer service
• Maintain a professional, friendly, honest attitude

Do I have What it Takes?

• 2 years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time
• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
• Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely
• Must be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heights
