Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and driven New Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within Plymold's target market. Your ability to build rapport with prospects and navigate the sales process to close deals will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including inbound leads, referrals, cold-calling, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and effectively present Plymold’s value propositions.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to strategically position Plymold’s offerings.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate leads through diverse methods.
