**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes - Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment - Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system - Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area and equipment - Assist in stocking and organizing inventory - Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders and answering customer inquiries **Qualifications:** - Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques - Strong customer service skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with food safety practices - Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus - Basic math skills required for measurements and calculations - Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively Join our team and enjoy the perks of working in a dynamic coffee shop environment where you can showcase your barista skills and interact with customers daily.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.44 - $17.01 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
