PM Design Group, Inc. is Hiring an Architecture - Job Captain Near Allen, TX
Able to disseminate all information to project team and communicates regularly with drafting staff and all members during the development of construction documents, providing support and insight to ensure all project requirements are met in a timely manner
Provide support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project
Effectively coordinates the submission of architectural documents to city agencies, including following through with the plan check process and resolving any residual issues.
Qualifications:Education
- Requires Associates/Bachelor's degree in architectural or related field, or equivalent experience.
- AutoCAD, Revit/BIM a huge plus. Also MS Window Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proven ability to function in all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration
- Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals including consultants and contractors.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to effectively supervise and mentor staff Possess excellent communications skills
- Speak, read, and write English proficiently.
- Professional Certification
- AutoCad and Revit are strongly desired.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years project coordination and drafting
