PMR Companies, a premier Multi -Family Property Management Company, is seeking a Leasing Manager for Triple Crown at Tates Creek in Lexington, KY.

Leasing Manager Job Responsibilities

Position is primary responsibility for leading the on-site Leasing Department in marketing the apartment community, determining leasing problems and offering solutions to vacancies. Position is also responsible for daily leasing duties and for the development and maintenance of overall advertising and marketing strategies.

Leasing Manager Job Qualifications
Previous Leasing experience / strong Customer Service background is preferred.

Chosen candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen.

High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.

Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
