MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER OVERVIEW:PMT Corporation is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to further support and project the Marketing and Sales Teams, enhancing the PMT brand throughout its entire product portfolio. This position will report directly to the Global Marketing & INTL Sales Manager. This position will take directives from Management and work to create reports, solutions, or recommendations that will help to reach company goals. This position requires a collaborative, adaptable personality, who is excited to create solutions and see plans through to fruition.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER (include but not limited to):
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing Team Members, by providing research on projects and helping to create a positive, motivating environment.
- Support marketing strategy, including creating and implementing strategies and plans for products and programs
- Use creativity, analytics, and problem-solving techniques to support in the continued efforts to improve the sales and profitability of PMT product portfolio
- Lead execution of programs and tactics established as part of PMT Marketing and Brand strategy planning
- Execute activities as directly related to managing the performance of the existing, and future, product portfolio
- Contribute to the development and execution of product portfolio strategies in close collaboration with internal partners including Outside Sales, International, RD&E and Purchasing
- Execute marketing plans including tracking promotions to ensure corporate objectives are met
- Ensure accurate representation of PMT brand to the community, with regards to product specific regulations and information
- Support Recruiting goals and potential candidate engagement, through use of Marketing Materials and strategy
- Determine and execute effective solutions for product related issues such as forecasting of product sales, resolving product supply issues, and coordinating alternative solutions for product related issues
- Write communication briefs for all promotional activities and ensure that communications are clear and timely
- Leverage knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities
- Track and report on product line performance metrics, taking action in collaboration with manager, as required
- Continually evaluate relevant and new markets, also assigning appropriate research projects to team members
- Compile monthly sales reporting for Management and Outside Sales Team
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Team and Marketing Manager on Customer Account Contracts, Creating and Updating files as needed
- Oversee internal and external company efforts to grow community and team member engagement
- Support in product pricing research and updates
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of Marketing, Communications, Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field, preferably medical devices
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Must have a background in Customer Service, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in crafting and fully executing marketing plans, either in a B2B or B2B2C setting
- Experience collaborating with other business departments, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Accounting, Engineering, Quality, Advertising, etc.
- Experience working with CRM System
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.
