Position Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) - Phoenix, AZ

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM ET, Monday - Friday (Training: 2-3 weeks will be 10 AM - 7 PM ET)

Job Summary:

The position involves providing 24/7 support for event management and infrastructure monitoring, ensuring the environment is up and running smoothly. The role requires utilizing monitoring tools to assess the health of the environment, coordinating with teams for assistance, documenting incident management processes, and maintaining outage records.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize monitoring tools to assess the health of the environment

- Coordinate with teams to provide necessary assistance and assemble support teams

- Provide 24/7 support including managing open bridge lines until remediation is complete

- Document incident management processes and maintain outage records

Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, SNOW, Intuerity

- Familiarity with Big Panda (nice to have)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Qualifications:

- High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science or Math preferred

- 3 years of relevant experience
