Position Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) - Phoenix, AZ; Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; or Dallas, TX

The Tech Writer will be responsible for assisting various teams with process documentation and metrics tracking to provide leadership qualitative and quantitative evidence of progress made towards strategic efforts across the larger organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Documentation of technical team processes

• Evaluate business requirements of IT services and determine overall return on investment (ROI) while identifying enhancement opportunities

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Strong technical writing skills

• Good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and methodologies

• Knowledge of software, systems, architecture, and emerging technologies

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

• 3-5 years experience required.
