Job Summary:

Join our team as a key support member for the office of the regional president, working closely with three leaders. As the primary admin for the office, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning within the team.

Responsibilities:

- General office management duties

- Organizing supplies and handling restocking when necessary

- Receiving and managing packages efficiently

- Handling expense reporting tasks accurately

- Planning and executing events from initial stages to on-the-day tactical efforts, including registration, organizing suppliers, inviting management, and managing parking validation

- Scheduling in-office meetings effectively

- Organizing and distributing mail promptly

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills for email, Teams communication, and in-person interactions

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong team player mindset

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in office administration or related roles is preferred
