Job Summary:

As a key member of the credit card transformation team, you will provide expertise and leadership to drive cultural change, challenge conventional thinking, and facilitate discussions across multiple stakeholders. This role requires at least 3 years of experience as an RTE (Release Train Engineer) and certification as a SAFe RTE.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expertise and leadership for multiple teams and senior enterprise leaders

- Drive cultural change and lead transformation efforts

- Challenge conventional thinking hindering change initiatives

- Coach groups of teams on best practices and agile principles

- Facilitate discussions to identify complex problems impeding progress

- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive process maturity and continuous improvements

- Identify learning opportunities for teams on agile methodology and tools

Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an RTE

- Certified SAFe RTE

- Proficiency in Agile Development methodologies

- Strong coaching skills

Qualifications:

- Certification as a SAFe RTE
