Position Location: Hybrid (2-3x per week) - Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; or Birmingham, AL

Job Summary:

Join a dynamic team within the banking industry focused on digital security. As a key member of a standard scrum team operating in a Safe Agile environment, you will facilitate daily stand-ups, manage project scope and staffing, collaborate with stakeholders to assess computing needs, author user stories, and ensure product quality expectations are met. This role offers the opportunity to work on turning requirements into working software while evaluating data processing proposals for project feasibility.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily stand-ups and support the team in following the Scrum delivery process.

- Handle traditional project management duties including scope definition, staffing, communication of status to clients and partners, and risk/issue management.

- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.

- Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and execute testing on projects.

- Serve the team and product owner in turning requirements into working software.

- Ensure product quality expectations are defined across the team and collaborate in scheduling work.

- Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.

Qualifications:

- ScrumMaster Certification preferred but not required

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
