PNC is Hiring a Senior Employee Relations Specialist Near Pittsburgh, PA

Position Overview

You will be based in Pittsburgh, PA OR Birmingham, AL. Other locations may be considered based on HR Employee Relations experience. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint.

Job Description

  • Administers an organization's employee relations programs and ensures they are in line with goals and strategies.
  • Designing and implementing human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
  • Providing support, in line with organizational policies and labor law legislation, to employee relations managers on dealing with relevant issues.
  • Researching and analyzing data pertaining to human resources and recommending program goals in all areas of employee relations.
  • Maintaining open communication between management and employees and advising on resolutions for employee relations.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
