- Account Receivable & Invoicing Sending and verifying invoices for goods and services Manage the accounts receivable process, including tracking and collecting payments. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. Collaborate with the team to address customer inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- Bookeeping Reconcile and record financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial record.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports to support decision-making processes. Provide insights into financial performance and trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in accounting field preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
