Job Summary: This role is pivotal within the LEAD project, providing engagement and intensive case management services to individuals suspected of low-level drug offenses and/or prostitution. The LEAD Case Manager will directly assist an active case load of approximately 25-30 individuals. Case Managers offer long-term engagement and supportive services, conducting intensive case management activities, and collaborating with LEAD partners, service providers, housing providers, and other community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Advocate on behalf of participants with a variety of other service providers.
Requirements:
e. Valid Washington State Driver’s License
Additional requirements:
