Join our dynamic and innovative media and podcasting company, currently establishing roots in Northwest Arkansas. Our core mission is to elevate the podcasting landscape by simplifying the creation of audio and video content. Complementing this goal, our state-of-the-art podcast recording studio is now operational, and we are actively seeking a qualified individual to contribute to our expansion.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist with a primary focus on Studio Operations. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers from the moment they walk in the door to the final delivery of their recorded audio and visual content. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the studio.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for recording sessions.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the entire studio.

Customer Recording Sessions:

  • Oversee the setup and operation of recording and visual equipment for customer sessions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers during recording sessions.
  • Ensure the studio environment meets quality standards for optimal audio and visual recording.

Third-Party Collaboration:

  • Interface with post-recording editors and external partners to coordinate seamless project handoffs.
  • Communicate customer requirements and expectations to third-party collaborators.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the post-production process.

Customer Success:

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations for both audio and visual content.
  • Gather feedback on the recording experience and implement improvements as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular checks on recording and visual equipment and studio facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve any equipment or facility-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with audio and visual recording equipment and studio operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the entertainment, podcasting, or media industry.
  • Technical proficiency in audio and visual recording software and equipment.
  • Prior experience with customer success or client management.
