This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Leasing Consultant located in Fredericksburg, VA. As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting new and used car buyers in finding the perfect vehicles to meet their needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include guiding customers through the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with lease administration. You will also be responsible for resident retention and ensuring effective communication with customers. Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and lease administration
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
