The Senior HR Business Partner works with Point B leaders to align our people strategy with Point B's objectives and business priorities. The Senior HR Business Partner implements and continuously improves the framework and supporting processes in partnership with leaders from Growth, Delivery, and Operations as well as other members of the People Team.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
Builds strong relationships with leaders at the C-suite level and below, delivering proactive solutions to their daily challenges with an established rhythm of connecting with senior leaders and 1:1 managers.
Contributes to the design of the holistic organizational people plan (i.e., process, development, etc.) for associates in talent pipelines. Partners with leadership to monitor and address the bench.
Partners and consults with peer HR disciplines and senior managers to support organization restructuring work.
Works with external vendor for affirmative action planning and other related compliance obligations.
Provides oversight to leaves of absences and accommodation processes.
Acts as a confidential resource and safe harbor for leaders and associates.
Day to day supervisor for HR business partner(s) and HR specialist(s)
Provides guidance on employee relations matters and leads complex and/or sensitive investigations.
Coaches and develops leaders through performance management and talent management matters by providing training, tools and resources, consistent feedback, and guidance.
Develops and implements Human Resources policies and procedures and provides guidance to other functions on related matters.
Conducts climate assessments and assists leaders with engagement action planning.
Ensure managers are properly trained to allow for consistency in employee evaluations across the company and develop a process for ongoing feedback throughout the performance year.
Assists with the development of 1:1 manager resources.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and Federal rules and regulations, developing and updating organization-wide policies and procedures as needed to meet requirements.
Conduct workplace investigations, including allegations of harassment, discrimination retaliation, and ethics violations. In addition, provide trend and root cause analyses related to investigation findings.
Monitor the external environment and proactively recommend enhancements to existing policies that align with the organization's culture, safeguard compliance, mitigate risks and promote market-competitiveness.
Advising the Human Resources team and management on appropriate corrective actions where there is substantiated conduct that does not align to company values and policies.
Work closely with Law and other partners to conduct internal audits, respond to inquiries from external agencies and provide appropriate training and coaching to managers and employees.
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
15 years of relevant HR experience
Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) desired
Proven in supporting developing people, change management, project management and strategy execution
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Windows OS, and HCM or HRIS technologies
Experience working with confidential and personnel data
Experience implementing business partner programs preferred
Professional services experience preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $125,500 - $229,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
