The overall objective of this position is to prepare parts and welded assemblies by blasting & painting to stage in order to finish the product, and meet defined production standards, schedules and quality requirements. Consistent and accurate modeling and representing of the Point Eight Power brand, mission, vision, values and organizational strategy are essential to achieving the goals of the organization.

 Design:Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

 Mechanical:Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Tools include: blast pot, paint pot, dust collector, recovery unit and wrenches.

 ComputersandElectronics:Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programming such as Microsoft Office Business Suite.

 Verbal& WrittenCommunicationSkills:This position requires basic skills (Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.)
