Seeking a part-time long-term Chiropractic Assistant to join our enthusiastic team, to keep our busy happy family practice running smoothly!

Responsibilities:

• Handle all front desk administrative duties in an efficient manner
• Perform preliminary exam on patients, digital xrays, laser therapy
• Help maintain digital patient health records
• Verify patient's insurance and explain coverage or payment plans
• Post charges & payments, collect copays/deductibles
• Answer phones and schedule appts for patients and make recalls
• Keep office neat and clean daily

Qualifications:

• Friendly, polite, self-motivated with strong communication & organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently & thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous healthcare administration or office/computer experience preferred, not required
• Previous experience taking xrays preferred, not required (will train)
• Previous experience with ChiroTouch software preferred, not required (will train)
• Flexible 12-35 hours a week; Must be available to work 3 evenings from 3 til 8pm and 1 or 2 mornings from 9am til 1pm weekly
• Payrate based on experience and skills (from $15-20)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
