Qualified technicians will apply technical skills and knowledge to HVAC equipment in residential and/or commercial settings. As a member of our team, you receive:

Qualifications: Education/Certification Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Installing, Troubleshooting and Maintaining All Brands of Heating, Air Conditioning Equipment, and Indoor Air Quality Products. In a lead position.
• Excellent communication skills and have the desire to help others.
• Excellent at providing professional solutions from maintenance, repairs and System Replacements.
• EPA Certified.
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Degree or Certificate from Trade School preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
• Registered TDLR

• Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.

Pay Scale: Hourly Spiffs & Commissions Benefits (Depends on Qualifications, Skill Set, productivity, and Experience)

Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime and evenings as needed)
