Responsible for process flow changes and collaborating across departments, including engineering, quality, and operations. This role acts as a change agent to drive operational improvements by supporting the industrial engineering team in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the fab.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Process engineering change requests, maintain change logs and promote changes in the route management system. Ensure attention to detail in all elements of process flow, including machines, recipes, and attributes.
- Manage engineering requests to support capacity improvements.
- Support industrial engineering in change management: coordinate activities, order required materials, communicate change, provide additional support as required.
- Maintain data integrity within the system to enhance reporting accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives such as quality, safety, environmental management, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), 5S, yield management, and cost containment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
Required:
- An associate degree in a technical field is required
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Technical aptitude regarding data management and data structure.
- 2 years’ experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
- Problem solving and project management skills.
