$7500 Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Available!New Leadership - In-house Therapy - Paid CEU's - Reasonable Productivity Expectation!Bellview Care Center is a busy 90 bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with beautiful rehabilitation space including a spacious gym, functional ADL spaces (we have a mock home complete with kitchen and laundrey!), and a private treatment room for cognitive training, as well as outdoord space for a change of environment. We have a compassionate and dedicated nursing team who communicates well with our therapy team and contributes heavily to our interdisciplinary approach to care. We also have a fun, interactive, high energy in-house therapy team. Our amazing adminstrator leads by example and is professional, knowledgable, reliable, accountable and compassionate. We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and both short term rehab patients as well as long term care residents. We are a newly formed healthcare company whose goal is to become the premier inpatient rehab provider in the communities we serve.
Our portfolio of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabiltiation facilities in the Kansas City and Buchanon County regions is under new ownership and excellent leadership. We are in the process of making positive changes including building in-house therapy programs, honoring competitive compensation and benefits for our amazing staff, improving the physical plant of our facilities where needed and working hard to become the providers of choice in our community. We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated staff. We seek a PT who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box, developing patient centered clinical progamming, and providing outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of our patients.
