About the Finance Team

We are a diverse group of professionals dedicated to supporting Pollination’s growth and sustainability initiatives through meticulous financial management and strategic planning.

Role Scope:

Pollination is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our Finance team. This role involves managing global payroll operations, simplifying and streamlining the payroll function, ensuring statutory compliance across various jurisdictions, and providing critical support to the finance team as the business scales. The ideal candidate will also be adept at payroll problem-solving and able to flex into financial accounting to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage global payroll operations, including in-house diligence and external execution with vendors.
• Simplify and streamline the global payroll function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive statutory payroll compliance across all jurisdictions to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Flex into financial accounting tasks to assist the team as needed.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance the payroll process and address emerging challenges, including those related to new locations and Employer of Record (EOR) situations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years proven experience in a payroll management role with a global scope including vendor management
• Strong background in statutory payroll compliance across Australia, the UK, the US and Singapore
• Background in financial accounting
