Role Scope:
Pollination is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our Finance team. This role involves managing global payroll operations, simplifying and streamlining the payroll function, ensuring statutory compliance across various jurisdictions, and providing critical support to the finance team as the business scales. The ideal candidate will also be adept at payroll problem-solving and able to flex into financial accounting to support the team.
