We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts for Color Guard Inc., our porch and deck railing business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. Building product industry experience is a huge plus.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Lead and mentor the sales leadership team, providing guidance, support, and suggesting training to optimize performance and productivity.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with product development teams to enhance existing products and introduce new railing solutions based on market demand and customer feedback.
• Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives, to effectively promote our products and brand.
• Manage relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and industry partners to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand our network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations, and finance, to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building products industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
