## Job Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Extrusion Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating plastic extrusion machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Set-up and prepare Plastic Extrusion Machine's according to schedules.
- Operate machinery to include start up, adjustments, monitor process and shutting down the machinery
- Monitor and control the extrusion process parameters to include pressure, speed, temperature and material flow to obtain the desired product specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections using tools such as calipers and micrometers to adhere to product specifications.
- Assist with troubleshooting and adjusting equipment to include performing minor repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain production records and keep a clean work environment

Skills:
- Experience in Plastic Molding, plastic extrusion or related field
- Mechanical knowledge of machine set-up and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in quality inspection techniques
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
