Job Description
- Provide customers with professional, courteous customer service and support via phone and email, visiting them as needed for better alignment
- Proactively make calls to new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives (e.g., quotes, stock check, expediting customer delivery needs)
- Manage customer orders, invoices, and inquiries efficiently using our ERP system.
- Communicate as a part of a team to increase business and office efficiency
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Job Expectations
- Willingness and ability to learn and demonstrate product knowledge and provide product information to all customers
- Ability to Manage, prioritize and follow through on multiple projects, adhering to deadlines and poli-cies
- Willingness to collaborate and work together in teams
Requirements
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills—both oral and written
- Good math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Sales and or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
