Job Overview:
19 Yr old Home Improvement company specializing in Kitchens and Baths seeking high caliber sales person. This is a 1099 Position.
Responsibilities:
- Run pre-set confirmed appointments cheerfully and without bias.
- Give masterful presentations to prospects turning them into happy clients.
- 6 day work week. However, flexibility allows for time off with a weeks notice.
- Appointment times are 10, 2, and 6 Monday through Friday and 10, and 2 on Saturday. Sundays off.
- Ability to cover appointments in a 75 mile radius of Knoxville TN.
Experience:
- Commission only sales experience a MUST
- High ticket items preferred
- Experience in Home improvements a plus
- One Call Close experience highly desired
Candidate will complete a two week training class and receive all samples and tools to succeed. We have a robust marketing department that get appointments for our reps. No prospecting needed. We have a local showroom. Training pays a stipend.
You must have:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid Drivers License
- iPad and cell phone
- The desire to make $150,000 or more per year with commission
- A no nonsense attitude and do what it takes to create happy customers while helping them improve their homes.
