Opening Team Needed! Wouldn't it be exciting to work at the world's Harry Potter flagship? This is where the magic of the Wizarding World comes alive! Come join our Pomvom team as a Part Time Photo Sales Associate! We're looking for outgoing and high-energy sales staff who can turn an interactive photo or video experience into a remarkable memory for our guests. This role is perfect for you if you're a natural at selling, enjoy technology, and of course, love all things Harry Potter!

This is a Part Time role, working up to 29 hours a week. You'll need to commit to 3-4 days a week. June start date!

Job Highlights

Our Photo Retail Associates work as a team to leverage technology for high-yield retail sales. They confidently approach guests, take quality photos/videos, and sell products (digital images, videos, and prints) to meet their daily goals.

Here's more of what you can expect:

• Using animated expressions when directing the poses and movements of guests to ensure the quality of their photos and/or videos - so you can't be shy!
• A loud and bustling environment so you'll need to project your voice so large groups can hear you.
• Working as part of an energetic and collaborative team to provide a high-level of customer service.
• Confidently approaching guests, taking quality photographs & videos, and selling products to meet daily goals.
• Working indoors while operating digital cameras/media and handling money/credit cards to complete sales transactions.
• Carrying boxes that weight up to 10 pounds for deliveries.
• Standing on your feet - a lot!
• Being a Pomvom Ambassador and creating professional and positive customer experiences to maximize sales.
• Appreciating and respecting our company culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Assisting Retail Team Leads, Assistant Operations Manager, and Operations Manager in daily activities.
• Receiving great incentives to make your work environment fun and rewarding!

You don't need to have photo or video experience to be successful! You just need to be receptive to some serious training, operating digital touch-screen cash registers and using professional walkabout cameras. Ideal candidates will have some sales experience or a desire to work in sales.
